Business in Dubai (BID) is a centralized platform supporting business growth, market access, ecosystem connectivity, client and funding opportunities, and strategic business matching through tailored matchmaking services connecting startups with investors, corporates, ecosystem partners, clients, and government stakeholders. It also facilitates strategic introductions to free zones, financial institutions, corporates, and government entities, in addition to access to trusted ecosystem partners providing operational, legal, financial, and growth support services where relevant.

The service supports EIC beneficiaries seeking to establish, expand, or strengthen their presence in Dubai. Beneficiaries receive guidance on soft-landing support and business setup facilitation tailored to their specific needs and growth objectives. The service also provides access to accelerators, incubators, and support programmes within Dubai’s digital economy and innovation ecosystem. In addition, beneficiaries can participate in founder enablement workshops, ecosystem navigation sessions, expert-led knowledge-sharing activities, and publications delivered through initiatives such as the Knowledge Hub. The programme further facilitates participation in international delegations, roadshows, and ecosystem exposure activities designed to increase visibility, strengthen strategic networks, and create new commercial, investment, and collaboration opportunities.
