Healthcare Market Discovery and Initial Market Validation is a tailored service for EIC beneficiaries and Seal of Excellence holders, which is designed to empower EIC beneficiaries in understanding and quantifying the potential of relevant European markets. Our comprehensive approach provides in-depth analysis and validation directly engaging a network of local experts and healthcare professionals. The overall goal of this service is to obtain a direct product/service validation from healthcare professionals and experts in the respective market of interest and consequently open doors for further adoption and fulfilling conditions for reimbursement and/or commercialisation. The beneficiaries will get personalised support according to their needs, offering a diverse range of service components: a) A country overview, tackling the market segments, submarkets and market structure; b) The competitor’s benchmark; c) Landscape of leading institutions; d) Framework principles of financial and reimbursement system organisation; e) Segmentation of customer base; f) Refining the value proposition by implementing the concepts, terms and language used by local payers and decision makers; g) Quantifying market opportunity by access to local data interpreted by an expert analyst. The service will be conducted online, but a hybrid format is also possible if needed.

This service is carried out in collaboration between EIT Health and specific market-specialised partner entities, who offer market access services within the local market of your interest. The market offer currently includes EU key regions such as Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK. If you are interested in expanding to other EU markets not listed here, please let us know, and we will explore how we can support your market entry needs.
