This intensive, 60-100 hours programme is tailored for EIC beneficiaries in any sector and is designed to de-risk your business before major investments. Through structured market validation, we challenge and test your key assumptions so you can focus resources on a proposition that the market truly wants. Working closely with your team, our in-house analysts and consultants engage directly with potential users, industry insiders, and even competitors through targeted, semi-structured interviews. These conversations uncover real customer needs, current pain points, reactions to your solution and features, and willingness to test or adopt‚ giving you sharp, decision-ready insights instead of guesses. Before stepping into the market, we critically assess and refine your unique selling proposition (USP) and conduct focused market research to ensure the right positioning. The service starts with a high-impact three- to four-hour, face-to-face workshop to capture all existing knowledge on your technology and market, and to prioritise what needs testing most (technical feasibility, market fit, pricing, or a combination). You then benefit from a full validation journey: identifying the right interviewees and experts, conducting interviews, analysing and synthesising findings, and translating them into concrete refinements of your product or service. At the end, you receive a qualified list of contacts and potential clients (a CRM foundation), structured interview results (including validation of your USP, value and supply chain, and product/service segmentation), and actionable recommendations. These may include optimising your feature set, repositioning your offering based on competitive insights, identifying early adopters for pilots, and fine-tuning your pricing model to accelerate market traction.
Business validation is a paid service with an hourly rate of €100. The service usually requires 60-100 hours of work.
