Comparative assessment of multiple (as many as needed, usually 20+) potential expansion geographies or verticals, scored across multiple weighted criteria (examples of criteria include, among others, structural & macro risk factors, ease of doing business, addressable market size and growth, adoption readiness, competitive intensity, partnership landscape, cultural factors and attitudes, regulatory environment). Outputs include:
- Interactive Market Matrix, showing a heatmap of compared markets, clearly highlighting reasons for top performers.
- Commentary for drivers in performance of the top 3–5 recommended markets.
- Expansion roadmap based on matrix scoring, including entry timing and trade-offs, all packaged as investor-ready slides.
- Detailed backup charts and underlying data with traceable sources.
