Investor Readiness Support

The EIC beneficiaries will be supported in their process to become investor and/or business ready by optimising the business proposition towards securing funding or a deal. The key components of the investor readiness package include: i) Investor Readiness Assessment: FFUND will perform due diligence on the dataroom documents. The documents in the dataroom provide the basis for the performance analysis of the business plan and proposition. A comprehensive evaluation of the company’s current preparedness for fundraising will be done, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas across 14 metrics. ii) Business Plan and Pitch Deck Optimisation: This entails the creation or refinement of key documents to enhance fundraising outcomes, including detailed runway projections and sales forecasts. FFUND will support the EIC beneficiaries in presenting their story to investors and funding agencies by providing feedback on the pitch that is delivered by the client based on the polished business plan and pitch deck. There can also be add-on services to optimise business proposition, including,  a) Company valuation: FFUND will deliver a data-driven independent company valuation based on the investor readiness report and will determine the investor type(s) and business proposition for which the company valuation will be performed. FFUND will deliver a company business valuation to be used in negotiations with potential investors. b) Dataroom evaluation: The evaluation of the dataroom will be performed based on the documentation provided by the EIC beneficiaries. The evaluation of the dataroom includes, quality and completeness of the documents, and quality of the content and agreements in terms of investor readiness, including but not limited to shareholders resolutions, IP-position and ownerships, licence deal terms, etc.
