Support equity fundraising

FFUND’s aim is to support EIC beneficiaries in their process to raise capital from professional investors through a structured process, which includes the optimisation of their business propositions with latest data, identifying the optimal proposition for the right investors, selecting targets investors (more than 100) and reaching out to them in a well-coordinated approach. The envisioned trajectory duration of the investment round takes on average 4 months but may take shorter or longer.  The trajectory has separate stages, each stage focusses on different aspects of the investment round, i) Preparation training: Starting with preparation of the investment round by optimising the dataroom, preparing the pitch deck and coaching the Management Team. ii) Investor Outreach: Structured outreach to targeted investors, leveraging our network of over 2,000 European investors and proprietary databases. iii) Strategic Deal Support: Expert guidance throughout the discussions with potential investors, ensuring favorable deal outcomes. iv) Follow-Up and Negotiation Support: Assistance with dataroom management, investor meeting preparation, term sheet and investor agreement negotiations to secure optimal funding terms.
