Futurewave and SIGF provide a dedicated fundraising strategy service for innovative companies within smart infrastructure sectors. This service is designed to secure growth capital and enable sustainable scaling for companies in transportation, green buildings, and energy efficiency.

Our strategic support includes:

i) Capital Structuring: Crafting optimal capital structures to balance equity and debt.

ii) Investor Alignment: Identifying and connecting with strategic investors who align with company values and long-term goals.

iii) Fundraising Process Management: Guiding companies through end-to-end fundraising stages, from pitch preparation to deal negotiation.

iv) Valuation Enhancement: Implementing strategies to maximise valuation through operational improvements and value-add partnerships.

v) Follow-on Funding: Supporting companies in securing follow-on funding to support continued growth post-initial investment.

Futurewave and SIGF are advisory and investment entities specialising in smart infrastructure sectors, specifically transportation, green buildings, and energy efficiency. Futurewave and SIGF reserve the right to decline engagement with ventures or clients that do not align with these focus areas.
