GBI can support EIC innovators with entering with Indian market by setting up B2B meetings and organising the participation in a local event/trade show. GBI is an international network partner for some of the major conferences, trade shows and expos in India. 

A. Pre- Market Entry and Mission Support 
● Coordinate with the EIC Innovator(s) to understand their business priorities, sector focus, and partnership objectives in India. 
● Develop and share a comprehensive long list of potential Indian stakeholders with brief profiles. 
● Work closely with the EIC Innovator(s) to shortlist relevant organisations for targeted outreach. 
● Prepare communication drafts for introductions and targeted outreach. 
● Liaises with the event organisers to identify speaking opportunities, setting up of stalls/booths, acquire the potential participants lists, etc. 
● Conduct preliminary calls with shortlisted organisations to provide context, discuss potential interest, and confirm meeting schedules. 
● Assist with any IP-related inquiries or support. 

B. During the Mission 
● Facilitate pre-arranged and ad-hoc physical B2B meetings aligned with mission objectives 
● Curate guided stand visits and tours of key exhibitors for enhanced engagement during trade shows. 
● Provide local logistics and on-ground coordination support throughout the mission. 
● Assign one (or two) GBI representative(s) to accompany the EIC Innovator(s) during trade show participation and networking business activities. 
● Organise 2–3 site visits if required to explore partnership opportunities. 

C. Post-Mission Support 
● Prepare and share a concise market entry and mission report summarising meetings and outcomes and market entry strategy 
● Offer one round of follow-up assistance as needed with connections made during the mission.
