Service description

Patent prosecution refers to all aspects of patent life from drafting and filing applications to maintaining granted rights. The service includes preparing precise applications, responding to office actions, and representing clients in interviews or hearings with examiners. They also manage divisional, continuation, and international (PCT) filings to extend protection, while overseeing oppositions, appeals, and reexaminations when patents are challenged. In addition, they ensure compliance with deadlines by paying maintenance or annuity fees. Through these services, patent attorneys secure and preserve effective protection for innovations across jurisdictions. Overall, patent prosecution is more than paperwork. It is a strategic process that combines legal expertise, technical knowledge, and foresight to build strong and enforceable intellectual property portfolios.

Total cost depends on the complexity of he EIC beneficiary's case and strategy. Each consultation starts with quotation based on the understanding of the work to be done.
