Investment Readiness Programme

Service description

A 20-hour acceleration programme targeted at EIC beneficiaries who have identified potential for rapid growth and have already developed a solution. The programme will be developed through mentoring and coaching modules by experts, who will work with the entrepreneurs to advise on making their business plans more attractive to stakeholders. The content of this service will include, i) Defining a winning business idea: Using the Lean Canvas approach. ii) Understanding your customers: The problem-solution duo. iii) Identifying the path to scale: the growth plan. iv) Assessing financial requirements: growth and funding needs. v) Identifying gaps for scale and preparing to scale: metrics to track. vi) Plan validation: investor-ready narrative. vii) Review of supporting documentation.

This service will be provided exclusively in a virtual format.
