CLIMINVEST supports EIC climate and energy scaleups in accessing growth capital (equity, venture debt, project finance) by combining investment readiness, intelligent matching, and direct access to top-tier investors across Europe. The focus is on turning technology into a bankable, investable story. The service includes: Investment readiness for scaleups: Bankability and scalability assessment (unit economics, CAPEX roadmap, revenue model);structuring of equity story and debt capacity;alignment with EU Taxonomy and ESG frameworks;preparation of investment materials (pitch deck, concept note, data room). Especially critical for deep-tech scaleups (hydrogen, storage, circular economy) needing to bridge technology and finance. Intelligent matching with the right investors: Proprietary matching engine connecting scaleups with climate and deep-tech Venture Capital, growth/Private Equity funds, infrastructure and energy investors, and banks (venture debt, CAPEX financing, project finance). Matching based on ticket size (€5M-€100M+), stage (growth, FOAK, industrial scale-up), risk profile, and ESG/Taxonomy alignment. Access to top-tier investors & European ecosystem: Direct access to leading European banks and green finance platforms;climate-focused VC, PE, and infrastructure funds;institutions such as EIB, InvestEU, and public-private vehicles. Deal room & investor engagement: For advanced scaleups ("Ready to Invest"): creation of professional deal rooms;direct introductions to qualified investors;management of investor interest (IoIs, term sheets);optional competitive processes (multi-investor). Blended finance & investment programmes: Complementing private capital with EU grants (Innovation Fund, EIC, LIFE);public guarantees (InvestEU, EIB, national banks);blended finance structures (grant + equity + debt).
