The Innobound Business Planning & Development Service is a tailor-made programme designed to support greentech companies in enhancing their business excellence, impact, and implementation strategy. Delivered primarily online, with customised mentoring sessions, the programme focuses on three key areas: Business Readiness, Investment Readiness, and Technological Readiness, with a strong emphasis on impact measurement and assessment across all topics. Our expert team will help startups optimise their value chain positioning, refine their competitive advantage, and strengthen their societal, environmental, and economic impact. Early-stage EIC beneficiaries will receive guidance on successfully demonstrating their innovative technology, while growth-stage EIC Accelerator beneficiaries will be supported in bringing their products or services to market. Through personalised coaching, strategic guidance, and expert-led sessions, participants will improve their business model, market strategy, and funding potential, ensuring a strong execution plan for scaling their innovations. By the end of the programme, participants will have reinforced their implementation strategies, improved investment and commercialisation readiness, and developed a measurable impact framework, increasing their chances of securing funding, partnerships, and market success.

An exploratory session will be organised to determine the needs of the applicant in order to make a tailormade programme.
