Mentoring and Coaching for Leadership Skills

The Innobound Leadership Mentoring & Coaching Programme is a tailor-made, 40-hour programme designed to equip impact-driven entrepreneurs in greentech, cleantech, agrotech, and climatech with essential soft skills for business growth. Delivered primarily online, with the possibility of in-person sessions upon request, the programme consists of 1.5 to 2-hour mentoring sessions focused on three key areas: Effective Communication, Networking & Relationship Building, and Delegation & Negotiation. Participants will learn to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, refine messaging for investors and stakeholders, and enhance internal team communication. They will master the art of networking, establishing partnerships, and securing strategic agreements. Additionally, they will develop delegation and negotiation skills, gaining the confidence to manage teams, navigate high-stakes discussions, and close impactful deals. Through one-on-one mentoring, personalised feedback, and hands-on exercises, participants will strengthen their leadership abilities, business acumen, and strategic decision-making. By the end of the programme, they will have sharpened their ability to pitch, build strong networks, negotiate effectively, and drive their ventures forward, increasing their business, investment, and partnership readiness within the European innovation ecosystem.
