Service description

This individualized service is designed for EIC beneficiaries who have developed a functional prototype and seek to optimise it for mass production. Through a structured evaluation process, we assess the design, functionality, materials, and manufacturing processes to identify improvements that reduce costs, increase reliability, simplify assembly, and accelerate market entry. The service includes a technical audit of the existing product, interviews with the client’s team, a study of functional and production requirements, and a report with concrete recommendations. Additionally, we provide an action plan for product improvement and a roadmap proposal for industrialisation. This analysis is particularly valuable for deep-tech companies with limited experience in industrial design or manufacturing, helping them prepare their solution for scaling. The service is delivered by professionals with over 20 years of experience in industrial design and product development, well-versed in processes such as injection molding, machining, extrusion, and prototyping.

The service can be developed between 1 and 3 months. It depends on the complexity of the project.
