An Industrial and Intellectual Property Legal Service provides specialised support for the protection, management, and enforcement of patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, and related assets. The service is directed at companies developing proprietary technologies, creative industries generating original content, research institutions managing IP portfolios, and public bodies requiring legal certainty in innovation processes. Its operation involves professionals such as IP attorneys, patent agents, trademark specialists, contract lawyers, and legal analysts. Tasks include drafting and filing patent or trademark applications, preparing freedom-to-operate analyses, negotiating licensing or assignment agreements, monitoring potential infringements, and managing opposition or enforcement procedures before national and international authorities. This service provides expert support in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including licencing agreements, confidentiality (NDA) agreements, technology transfer contracts, and coexistence agreements. Advice on IP ownership, assignment, and exploitation strategies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to safeguard our clients’ rights is also included as well as representation of clients in administrative proceedings related to oppositions, cancellations, and appeals before national and international IP offices. Additionally, assistance in dispute resolution, including mediation and litigation, in cases of infringement or contractual breaches is also provided.
€140/hour. The overall price of each service depends on the project scope, on the needs of the project and on the complexity of the service.
