This service involves identifying, evaluating, and commercialising technological assets and, more specifically, a thorough IP and asset valuation to determine market potential, strategic advice on commercialization pathways, and active outreach to potential licensees, investors, or buyers through our broad network of industry contacts. Also, assistance in drafting and negotiating licensing agreements, joint ventures, and other collaboration models is included.
