Access to finance

Service description

The access to a finance service that supports deep tech startups from EIC Pathfinder and EIC Transition in the identification of funding needs, financial strategies and fund raising opportunities. We support the client to refine the business plan, carry out a financial model, with sales projections and profit & loss forecasting. We produce an investor-ready business plan and a pitch deck to attract private and/or financing. We support clients in identifying the target rate of return expected by investors and dilution of ownership after the investment. The work will be done remotely with a duration of approximately 3 months and through weekly calls between Lira’s project managers and the client.

Lira is specialised in different areas, with particular focuses on: Life Science, Energy, Environment, Materials and Robotics. We reserve the right to evaluate the specific cases and understand if we have the right expertise to support clients.
