The goal is to establish your company in Norway efficiently and cost-effectively, implementing your Go-To-Market and Scale-up Strategy digitally. Our state-of-the-art digital hybrid solution is tailored for cross-border authentication of the real beneficial owners, connecting companies across countries. The solution is innovative and has undergone a patentability review, particularly beneficial for European nationals without the Norwegian D-number needed to operate flexibly in Norway. The solution, www.registercompany.no, was nominated by the Norwegian State Digitalisation Agency as one of the best GovTech solutions in 2024. Our company has been invited by the Norwegian Government's Brønnøysund Register Centre to join the reference group for digital company registration in Norway, exploring and testing scenarios related to the use of digital business wallets (EWC). Our promise is an automated process to create your company in Norway. Upon completion of the service, we will keep you updated while awaiting government registration to finalise your incorporation. We can provide support within the Norwegian ecosystem chain of partners and services, offering ad-hoc advice free of charge or consultancy on demand.

Financial requirements

The price is fixed and transparent at €1000 (excl VAT) for the registration process. The Norwegian government also requests a fee of approximately €280 from the new entity when the process is finalised.
