Prior-art research service is part of the portfolio as to provide the client with hands-on data and clear picture on infringement cases and overall freedom to operate. The discrimination between IP protection, trademark or industrial secret is crucial to design a protection policy and valorise the IP/know-how vis-à-vis the global competition.

Financial requirements

The EIC benefit from a 20% discount on services market prices, so total costs will range from 30.000 to 60.000 Eur for a service duration of 3 to 6 months, depending on the company needs and chosen services. In particular cases, OPUSNET may offer the chance to swap part of the costs with equity. This options will be defined with the Client on a one-on-one basis after a preliminary joint analysis. The first meeting (aka needs analysis) is free of charge and should not exceed total of half working day. The result of the first meeting will be a minute of the conversation and a high-level outcome as to provide content for further discussions. The non EIC beneficiaries had been offered a one-hour session.
