This service provides tailored coaching and mentoring to founders and management teams of EIC beneficiaries navigating strategic, commercial, and organisational challenges. It targets technology-driven startups and SMEs requiring ongoing strategic support during commercialisation and growth phases. The service is designed as a continuous or long-term engagement, with the frequency and duration of sessions adapted to the beneficiary’s priorities and evolution. Coaching activities focus on strategic positioning, commercial and go-to-market decisions, organisational structuring, leadership challenges, and growth trade-offs. The service is led by senior in-house coaches with entrepreneurial and innovation backgrounds, complemented by external domain experts where relevant. The expected outcome is sustained strategic clarity, improved decision-making capacity, and increased readiness to engage customers, partners, and investors. Sessions are delivered online or in person.

The service is offered on a case-by-case and negotiable basis, depending on the scope, duration, level of expert involvement, and specific needs of the EIC beneficiary. The service may be provided free of charge, at a reduced price, or at full price, depending on the agreed engagement model. No equity is required as a default condition. Any applicable costs and conditions are defined transparently with the beneficiary prior to service delivery.
