Through its “Investors Outreach & Deal Closing” program, OCEAN.capital takes the lead in managing the complex Investor Q&A and Due Diligence phases, acting as a buffer and strategic advisor to ensure that technical and financial inquiries are handled with institutional precision. This stage is available exclusively as an extension for companies that have completed OCEAN.capital’s readiness program, ensuring a unified strategy from the first pitch through to the final signature. As the round matures, OCEAN.capital supports founders throughout the RoadShow with targeted investors, Term Sheet evaluation and Investment Agreement negotiations, leveraging its extensive experience to secure optimal terms while preserving strong, long-term relationships with new investment partners. This phase is particularly transformative, as the team coordinates the entry of private capital specifically to unlock EIC Blended Finance funding, ensuring that the grant and equity components are perfectly synchronised. From managing the final deal closing to the moment the funds reach the company’s account, OCEAN.capital ensures that the complexities of high-stakes fundraising never distract founders from building their business.
This program operates on a performance-based fee structure. The comprehensive ten-week program, which encompasses Q&A and Due Dilligence support, negotiation and execution support to ensure deal closing, is valued at €30,000 per participating company.
To align our interests with the success of the participants, a success fee may be applied exclusively to capital raised through program-led introductions.
