Our structured investment readiness process assesses the startup across 20 business dimensions, benchmarking the current state against the expectations of VC investors at Seed, Series A, and Series B stages to produce a clear, prioritized gap report. Then we work hands-on with the team to close those gaps, enriching the virtual data room with commercially-relevant documents, such as financial models or cost-benefit analyses, and a validated commercial opportunity assessment that grounds the capital plan in obtainable market share rather than top-down projections. The result is a fundraising package backed by real market evidence, where the commercial opportunity has been validated with experts in the target market, and where identified groups of clinicians or other key adopters are already engaged and ready to discuss product adoption, giving investors sign of a clear and credible pathway to commercialization. Materials are reviewed by a former VC member with 20 years of expertise in investing into Life Science ventures.

The costs of these projects vary depending on the venture stage and the complexity of the project. Typical project costs range from €25 000 to €35 000, and we can tailor the scope to meet the specific needs and budget of the venture.
