The post-grant phase is where deep-tech ventures either build the machine or stall. EIC beneficiaries have validation, EU-backed momentum, and a technology that works. However, turning that into a repeatable, scalable product operation is a different game entirely. That transition is exactly where we work. We coach founding teams hands-on through the commercialization journey, helping them redesign product and production processes, close critical skills gaps, and build the operational infrastructure needed to scale beyond the lab. Our background spans electronic and computer engineering, with three entrepreneurial exits and deep sector experience in health, medtech, biotech, and environmental technology. So we coach from the inside of every challenge these teams face, not from a framework. We specialize in working with scale-ups and early-stage ventures at the moment that matters most, when the science is proven and the strategic and operational work begins. A key part of that work is investment-readiness, helping founders align their technology roadmap with a coherent business strategy, so that what they are building makes sense not just technically, but commercially. We work directly with teams to sharpen their product positioning, operational model, and growth narrative into something that stands up to investor scrutiny. This is not advisory from the sidelines. We embed with founding teams, roll up our sleeves, and build alongside them.

Financial requirements

Our commercial arrangements are shaped by shared vision and mutual trust rather than funding size or technology stage. We work on a consultancy basis, equity partnership, or a hybrid of the two. The right structure is always negotiable. When we truly believe in what is being built and see a pivotal role for ourselves in its success, we are willing to take meaningful risk alongside our partners. Our day rate is in the range of 300€ to 500€ determined by the complexity of the project and the expertise required to deliver it. We are not looking for clients, we are looking for the right partners.
