OCEAN.capital's dedicated business development service is built to convert a venture's technology into commercial traction on the ground in Europe and Brazil. Over a comprehensive 16-28-week program, OCEAN.capital's team builds an ICP-driven map of the market landscape most relevant to each venture, translates it into a targeted, qualified lead list, manages the outreach process with the counterparts best positioned to become paying customers or strategic allies, and provides negotiation support. The result is a structured, evidence-based path from first contact to signed commercial agreement, running in parallel (when applicable) with OCEAN.capital's fundraising support so that investor and client momentum reinforce each other.

Financial requirements

This comprehensive program, which encompasses market mapping, lead generation, outreach, and negotiation support, is valued at €30,000 per participating company. Additionally, to align our interests with the success of the participants, a success fee is applied exclusively to gross revenues generated through program-led introductions.
