Service description

Agile Talent Sprint is an innovative recruitment service designed to help tech startups and scaleups find and evaluate tech talent through real-world agile project simulations. It provides a test-before-invest experience by placing candidates in temporary agile teams, allowing employers to observe skills, leadership, and cultural fit before making hiring decisions. The service is delivered as a 4-week sprint, with weekly workshops, agile simulations, and feedback sessions. The service is targeted at startups and scaleups in the tech industry, particularly those in AI, software development, and digital innovation. It is suitable for hiring managers, tech leads, and startup founders seeking out-of-the-box recruitment solutions. The goal is to reduce hiring risks and improve team dynamics by evaluating candidates through collaborative problem-solving and real-world agile practices, ensuring skills alignment and cultural fit. The service has 3 phases - Phase 1: Matchmaking & Onboarding (Week 1) – Pooling candidates, conducting interactive agile matchmaking workshops, and forming temporary agile teams. Phase 2: Agile Sprint Simulation (Weeks 2-3) – Candidates collaborate on a real-world project, performing agile roles (Scrum Master, Developer, UX Designer), and participating in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Phase 3: Feedback & Decision Sprint (Week 4) – Feedback loops are used for real-time evaluation, followed by a Decision Sprint where employers decide to hire or continue the sprint. The activities include, Agile Workshops on collaboration, leadership, and team dynamics; Mentorship and Coaching by in-house Agile Coaches who facilitate sprints and provide real-time feedback; Cultural Fit Assessments to ensure alignment with the company’s values and work culture. The expected outcome is for employers to gain valuable insights into candidates' skills and leadership potential, reducing hiring risks and improving team productivity. Candidates experience company culture and leadership style, ensuring mutual alignment. The service is implemented in a hybrid format, combining virtual agile workshops with on-site sprint simulations at GoodTech Living Lab, ensuring flexibility and engagement.
