EATRIS provides a comprehensive suite of services to support researchers and innovators in accelerating the translation of AI-based tools in healthcare, from early development to regulatory readiness and large-scale validation. EATRIS ensures that AI-driven solutions are scientifically robust, clinically relevant, ethically sound, and regulatory-compliant. As a distributed research infrastructure, EATRIS connects AI developers with a network of over 150 academic medical centres, hospitals, research institutions, and regulatory experts, facilitating access to multi-centre validation studies, real-world clinical data, and regulatory guidance. Our expertise spans the entire AI translation pathway, from feasibility assessment and algorithm validation to regulatory roadmap and health economic considerations. Fees are charged according to the costs of the service/study. EATRIS is a non-profit and most of our research groups and clinical centres are academic/public.
