Service description

The Open Innovation Programme aims to identify, test, and implement innovative solutions to industry challenges. By collaborating with global startups and tech companies, the programme digitally transforms your organisation and drives sustainable solutions. The programme lasts 12 months, organised into several phases. Directed at leading companies across various sectors, the programme focuses on technology, sustainability, and customer experience. Its goal is to keep your company competitive by adopting the best technological solutions, fostering internal innovation, and positioning your brand as an innovation leader. The programme is divided into the following phases: i) Preparation: where challenges are defined and tools are set up; Community Strategy: builds an innovation network and engages stakeholders; Startup Scouting: where startups are identified and evaluated using AI; Pilot Execution: where solutions are designed, tested, and monitored; and Selection and Implementation: where final solutions are chosen and implemented. The key activities include defining challenges, developing platforms, organising innovation events, and engaging employees and partners. Startups are identified, qualified, and tested during design and validation. The programme concludes with a Demoday, where selected solutions are presented for implementation. The expected outcomes include accelerated innovation, an enhanced brand image as a leader in innovation, and the creation of strategic partnerships with startups. The programme ensures effective solutions that positively impact business efficiency and sustainability. Continuous monitoring ensures the success and efficiency of each phase.
