Capacity-building Bootcamp on Entrepreneurship composed of five different modules: The first one is Team (4h) where participants will receive training on how to build a high performance team . The second module will be Problem (3h), where participants will be guided on frameworks to define and validate a problem that is valid from a business point of view. The next module is the Business model (4h), where participants will embark on a hands on journey to create or re-design their business model, using frameworks such as the business model canvas. In the next module - Value proposition (3h) participants will be challenged to pinpoint their unfair advantage compared to other solutions/competitors in their business space. Finally, they will enter the last module - Pitch (5h) where they will receive training on how to build an effective short presentation of their business idea and target it to specific goals (partnerships, investment, sales, or other). All modules will be performed online on Zoom, on dates to be negotiated according to trainers and participants availability, and held in English. The participants, organised in teams, will receive training on team dynamics, vision and values (Module Team) and then will explore the realistic definition of the problem(s) to be tackled (Module Problem). On the third Module Value Proposition, participants will conceptualise a business model suited to the context of their product/service, and then a thorough analysis of the value proposition will be made. The last module is dedicated to the pitch training including a final pitch session with feedback from the Trainer.
