This service supports EIC beneficiaries in transforming complex research and innovation outcomes into compelling digital stories - designed to engage stakeholders, raise visibility, and boost uptake. Tailored to the TRL and goals of the project, it delivers high-quality multimedia assets such as podcasts, videos, and graphics that explain the innovation clearly, credibly and with confidence and ease. 
Scope includes: 
(a) Narrative Development & Story Framing: Translate technical work into clear, engaging narratives tailored to key audiences, from investors and industry partners to policymakers and the general public. 
(b) Podcast & Video Production: Produce professional, interview-based episodes that highlight your project’s impact, ambition, and unique value, optimised for online sharing and stakeholder engagement. 
(c) Digital Content Creation: Develop supporting media such as videos, audiograms, subtitles, short clips, carousels, and quote cards, designed for maximum reach and relevance across social media, newsletters and websites. 
(d) Platform-Ready Distribution Support: Deliver ready-to-publish content with metadata, descriptions, and publishing guidance for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, project websites, and other communication channels. 
(e) Dissemination Strategy Alignment: Ensure all materials align with your project’s dissemination and exploitation plan, communication KPIs, and broader strategic objectives (e.g., investor readiness, public engagement, recruitment). 

Outcomes of the service are, Professionally produced, high-quality media assets;  A clear, engaging story that supports stakeholder understanding and innovation uptake; Greater visibility across digital channels and innovation ecosystems; Content aligned with EIC communication expectations and TRL stage; and Enhanced credibility with partners, investors, and end-users.

Financial requirements

The service cost will be determined based on the projects and innovation requirements. 
BASIC: €20,000. For early stage innovations, three-part series (showcasing innovator story, innovation scope and ambition) includes upto 12 custom content assets, and social media content planning with tracking over 3 months. 
STANDARD: €35,000. For consortia level innovations, six-part series (showcasing multiple innovator stories, deeper dive into the innovation, and contribution to consortia), includes upto 20 content assets, and social media content planning with performing tracking over 6 months. PREMIUM: 60,000: For scale up innovations, nine-part series (showcasing founder stories, tech deep dives, and stakeholder specific storytelling), includes up to 30 content assets with detailed distribution and promotion plan over 12 months with performance tracking. 

Disclaimer related to service

Digital storytelling for business acceleration service is delivered in phases once the service agreement is signed. The first phase with the majority of the content assets can be expected within 8-10 weeks, subject to EIC beneficiary availability.
