This service is aimed at SMEs that have completed initial discovery and are now seeking more comprehensive market insight, validation of their opportunity, and refinement of their go-to-market strategy through direct engagement with Indian stakeholders. The engagement begins with a focused scoping session to define priorities and ensure that the approach is aligned with the client’s business model, sector, and growth objectives. The core deliverable is a comprehensive market research report, offering strategic insight into opportunity areas, competitive dynamics, and potential entry pathways. The report explores current and future opportunities, regulatory considerations, and includes a full PESTLE analysis. It also features competitor benchmarking, demand supply gap analysis, key player mapping, and assessment of technology trends relevant to the client’s value proposition. Sales and distribution channels are analysed alongside potential location advantages and partnership structures to inform route to market planning. Depending on client needs and available budget, the service includes 2 to 5 stakeholder meetings with local partners, customers, or ecosystem players to test assumptions and gather actionable feedback. Where required, Technovedge can also arrange in-market visits, including full itinerary planning and targeted meeting schedules. These elements are scoped and costed separately, based on client needs. The final report includes clear, evidence-based recommendations to shape a successful go to market strategy. The duration is typically 12-16 weeks.
€300/day.
The duration and total cost of the engagement will be agreed in advance with each client, ensuring transparency and alignment with their specific requirements.
