This service delivers a comprehensive financial modelling and valuation package tailored to Life Science or deep tech ventures. It includes both short-term operational modelling and long-term strategic valuation. These models are key for fundraising and investor readiness,  licencing and M&A deal support, strategic planning and business plan development, and financial due diligence and data room preparation. Short-Term Model: Monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts; P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements; R&D, SG&A, and CAPEX breakdowns; Scenario analysis and KPI dashboards. Long-Term Revenue and Valuation Model: Market based revenue growth projections ; Risk-adjusted Net Present Value (rNPV); Venture Capital Method (VCM); and Comparable transaction analysis. The expected outcomes of the service are: A dynamic, investor-grade financial model and valuation framework that supports fundraising, strategic planning, and stakeholder communication.

Financial requirements

Fixed fee ranging between €10,000 and €25,000 ex VAT depending on depth and complexity of requested models.
