Odelle Technology provides specialist reimbursement, HTA, health-economic and market-access support for health-technology companies developing medtech, in vitro diagnostics, digital health, AI-enabled healthcare, biotech, pharma, companion diagnostics, surgical technologies and implantable devices. Our service helps companies translate clinical and technical innovation into evidence that is meaningful for payers, hospitals, insurers, HTA bodies and investors. We support reimbursement-readiness reviews, country sequencing, evidence-gap analysis, comparator strategy, payer-relevant endpoint selection, value proposition development, budget-impact and health-economic model architecture, pricing and price-defence logic, coding and payment pathway analysis, and board-ready market-access roadmaps.
Odelle works across the EU, UK and selected international markets, with particular experience in France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy. Our approach is designed for companies preparing for CE marking, PMCF, clinical validation, real-world evidence generation, reimbursement submission, hospital adoption or investor due diligence. The service is tailored to each technology and may include written strategic reports, reimbursement route maps, health-economic frameworks, payer evidence plans, funding-aligned evidence work packages, stakeholder materials and implementation recommendations. The objective is to help health-technology companies become not only clinically credible, but also reimbursable, adoptable and commercially defensible.
Odelle Technology offers the service on a paid consultancy basis, with no equity requirement. For EIC beneficiaries, we can offer an initial 30-minute exploratory discussion free of charge. Standard professional rates are €1,250 per day or €175 per hour, excluding VAT where applicable. Fixed-fee packages may also be agreed depending on scope, for example reimbursement-readiness reviews, evidence-to-reimbursement work packages, or country-specific HTA and market-access assessments. Fees are agreed in advance and linked to defined deliverables, timelines and outputs.
Service timelines depend on the agreed scope, number of countries, availability of company materials, complexity of the technology, and responsiveness of the beneficiary. Indicative timelines are usually 2–3 weeks for a reimbursement-readiness review, 4–6 weeks for an evidence-to-reimbursement work package, and 6–10 weeks for a deeper multi-country HTA, reimbursement, pricing or market-access assessment. Final deadlines, deliverables, responsibilities and payment milestones will be confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. Odelle Technology provides strategic advice and analysis only;it does not guarantee reimbursement, funding approval, pricing outcomes, payer acceptance or commercial adoption.
