Service description

This service is aimed at startups with the goal of supporting them to raise private investments to support their scale up phase. The service begins with an in-depth analysis of the company's investor readiness, where it is verified if specific Venture Capital requirements are met. Consequently, the EIC beneficiary is supported in identifying and implementing improvement measures to increase their chances of success. The suggested improvements target several key areas, including the investor deck, funding strategy, financials, cap table, data room structure, ticket size consistency and training on the most frequently VC questions. Subsequently, the most suitable funds are identified by sector and ticket size. The company is then introduced to these funds, and meetings are organised to facilitate further discussions. This structured tailor-made service ensures that EIC beneficiaries are well-prepared and positioned to attract the private investments needed for their growth and development.
