Our hands-on approach involves directly reaching out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate leads and engage with decision-makers. We work to convert these leads into customers or partners, ensuring a smooth transition from interest to commitment. The project is structured in two phases: Strategic Planning: Identifying key stakeholders, creating lead lists, and developing a tailored outreach strategy. Active Business Development: Facilitating introductions, managing negotiations, and securing LoIs, partnerships, and (pilot) customers. With this projects, we achieve sustainable growth by building relationships and converting them into valuable business outcomes.
We prefer to work with a milestone-based approach rather than a time-based model, ensuring clear deliverables and measurable progress at each stage. The costs of these projects vary depending on the venture stage and the complexity of the project. Typical project costs range from €20,000 to €30,000, and we can tailor the scope to meet the specific needs and budget of the venture. Additionally, we often include a success-based component to these projects, aligning our incentives with the outcomes and ensuring mutual success.
Depending on the complexity of the project, these engagements typically take 3 to 6 months to complete.
