PNO provides a structured and hands-on approach that starts with the assessment of financial needs, funding gaps, and growth strategy, followed by the identification and mapping of relevant funding opportunities, including EU and national programmes as well as venture capital, business angels, and corporate investors. Building on this, PNO supports companies in strengthening their investment case through the refinement of their business model, value proposition, financial narrative, and pitch materials, ensuring alignment with investor expectations. The service also includes tailored coaching for investor interactions and guidance in structuring data rooms and addressing investor requirements. The objective is to enable companies to secure funding and strategic partnerships while improving their long-term positioning and readiness for follow-on investment rounds, combining expertise in innovation, public funding, and investor engagement.
