PTCS Advogados offers a compliance advisory service directed to EIC Accelerator and EIC Transition beneficiaries developing or deploying AI systems, data-driven products, or connected devices subject to EU digital regulation. The service is particularly relevant to companies operating in artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, IoT, and health technology sectors. The service is delivered over a period of three to six weeks, calibrated to the regulatory exposure and development stage of the beneficiary. It is conducted by lawyers with direct expertise in the AI Act, GDPR, Digital Services Act, and Cyber Resilience Act, including experience on AI Act implementation. The service is structured in four phases. The first phase consists of a regulatory scoping exercise to identify all applicable EU digital law obligations based on the beneficiary's product, deployment context, and target markets. The second phase involves a gap analysis comparing current practices against regulatory requirements, including AI system classification under the AI Act and conformity assessment obligations. The third phase covers the drafting or review of key compliance documentation, including technical documentation, data governance policies, and contractual frameworks with deployers and distributors. The fourth phase delivers a compliance roadmap with prioritised actions and implementation timelines. At the conclusion of the service, beneficiaries will hold a structured compliance baseline, investor-grade documentation, and a clear path to regulatory readiness ahead of market launch. Delivered in English, hybrid format.
Hourly fees between €250 and €500 + VAT (if applicable) and excluding expenses and costs. Fixed fees may be available depending on the scope of the work.
The individual aspects, scope, cost, and timelines will have to be defined on a case-by-case basis.
