Financial requirements

The Positioning & Messaging service is offered at a fixed project rate of €2,000 per homepage. The price for secondary pages is €1,200 This includes two 90-minute workshops with the founding team, comprehensive analysis of client profiles and product capabilities, strategic positioning development, complete homepage messaging and copywriting, structured delivery in Miro board format with visual guidance, and two rounds of revisions. The entire process is completed within 10 days from workshop completion. No equity is required. For EIC beneficiaries, we offer flexible payment terms with the option to split payments into milestones: 50% upon project kickoff and 50% upon final delivery and approval.

The Positioning & Messaging service follows this timeline: - Initial Consultation & Onboarding: 1-2 business days upon contract signing - Workshop Scheduling: Two 90-minute workshops scheduled within first week of project start, based on mutual availability of founding team members - Research & Analysis Phase: 3-4 business days following completion of both workshops - First Draft Delivery: 5-7 business days after workshops - Client Review & Feedback: 2-3 business days for beneficiary to provide feedback - Revision & Final Delivery: 2-3 business days per revision round (two rounds included) - Total Project Timeline: 10-14 business days from workshop completion to final delivery Service requires active participation from founder and/or key executives for both workshops. Delays in workshop scheduling, feedback provision, or availability of required documentation may extend delivery timelines accordingly. Quality of deliverables depends on depth of information shared during workshops and access to customer feedback data. After final delivery, beneficiary owns all rights to messaging and positioning materials created.
