This service supports EIC beneficiaries in transforming validated technologies into coherent, market-oriented business models and business plans. It is designed for startups and SMEs at different stages of maturity, from early commercial validation to scale-up preparation, across deep tech, cleantech, health, advanced materials, and digital sectors. The service is delivered through a flexible and modular engagement, adapting in duration and depth to the beneficiary’s needs and development stage. Activities may include feasibility validation (technical, market, and economic), definition of target customers and value propositions, business model structuring, and the development and refinement of commercial roadmaps over time. The service is delivered by in-house business and innovation experts, with external sector specialists engaged when required. Beneficiaries obtain a structured and evolving business plan that supports strategic decision-making, market engagement, and long-term growth. Delivery is online or hybrid, following an iterative and collaborative process.

Indicative price range: €5,000 – €15,000

The service is offered on a case-by-case and negotiable basis, depending on the scope, duration, level of expert involvement, and specific needs of the EIC beneficiary. The service may be provided free of charge, at a reduced price, or at full price, depending on the agreed engagement model. No equity is required as a default condition. Any applicable costs and conditions are defined transparently with the beneficiary prior to service delivery.
