This service provides tailored coaching and mentoring to founders and management teams of EIC beneficiaries navigating strategic, commercial, and organisational challenges. It targets technology-driven startups and SMEs requiring ongoing strategic support during commercialisation and growth phases. The service is designed as a continuous or long-term engagement, with the frequency and duration of sessions adapted to the beneficiaryâ€™s priorities and evolution. Coaching activities focus on strategic positioning, commercial and go-to-market decisions, organisational structuring, leadership challenges, and growth trade-offs. The service is led by senior in-house coaches with entrepreneurial and innovation backgrounds, complemented by external domain experts where relevant. The expected outcome is sustained strategic clarity, improved decision-making capacity, and increased readiness to engage customers, partners, and investors. Sessions are delivered online or in person.
