IPR Strategy Support

The company provides IP strategy services tailor-made to EIC beneficiaries’ needs, in order to improve their value in their market, and gain partnerships and/or fundraising opportunities. The offer includes different services, such as: 1) Assessment of IP assets with IP strategy recommendations (1 month);2) Organization and hosting IP practical workshops in order to provide IP tools for defining a tailor-made strategy (1 month);3) Setting up a tailor-made IP strategy in line with the company's development (1-2 months);4) Identifying market opportunities through IP and analyzing potential patent and trademark infringement risks (1-2 months);5) IP economic valuation based on the beneficiaries’ current assets (1-2 months);6) Assistance in drafting, reviewing and negotiating key IP agreements related to beneficiaries’ activities (1-3 months);7) Support in drafting a patent or a trademark application project in accordance with beneficiaries’ strategies (1-3 months). The proposed services can be delivered remotely.
