The company can support the EIC beneficiaries in monitoring their own patents, and assessing the patent landscape according their key markets and products/processes, thanks to Patman. Patman is a complete patent control center that can be easily integrated into the workings of any organization. It provides 1-click access to legal and technical information essential to internal and external strategic decision-making. The dashboard resulting from the platform can constitute a key tool for preparing fundraising operations. It can be proposed to the company different services through Patman: 1) Patent monitoring (1-2 weeks) Based on information relating to owned patents, the company can provide easy-reading dashboards on the situation of patents, allowing the beneficiaries to anticipate actions relating to their patent portfolio. A periodical update can be proposed to the beneficiary based on the initial work. 2) Preliminary Freedom-to-Operate (2-3 weeks) Thanks to information to be provided by the beneficiary (territory, name of third parties, keywords around the technology, etc.), the company will support the beneficiary, thanks to its Patman platform, in analyzing third-party patent rights, in order to assess the freedom-to-operate for the beneficiary's activities (study of the applied/granted claim scope and specifications of existing patents compared to products/processes to be exploited).
