Humanised Models of Immune System: Liver and Dual

TransCure bioServices

France

Service ID:

EP324S3
Service description

This service provides preclinical studies using human immune system (HIS) models, humanised liver models, and dual humanised models combining both compartments to evaluate therapies requiring human-specific immunity and hepatic metabolism. The target audiences are biotech and pharmaceutical SMEs developing immunotherapies, antivirals, gene and RNA therapies, and liver-targeted or metabolised small molecules/biologics. The goal is to quantify efficacy, PK/PD, immunogenicity, hepatotoxicity, and drug–drug interaction risk in translational systems. The service activities include study design, model selection and engraftment confirmation, dosing and longitudinal monitoring;serial sampling, immune profiling (flow cytometry, cytokines), liver function biomarkers (ALT/AST, bilirubin), histopathology, and modality-specific readouts such as viral load. The expected outcomes of the service are decision-grade datasets that support candidate optimisation, risk assessment, and progression toward regulatory studies. Implementation is fully in-house by TCS scientific experts, with beneficiaries receiving a comprehensive data report.
