Xplore – Pre-incubation programme

The XPLORE Programme is a 3-month part-time service that aims to support early-phase startup teams on their way to market maturity. It is open to EIC Beneficiaries from all industries and technology sectors pursuing a scalable business idea. Among other things, XPLORE helps teams further develop their tech-based business ideas, validate their Value Proposition and Business Model, drive the development of a Minimal Viable Product (MVP), create a compelling Pitch Deck, and develop their Pitching Skills. For this purpose, various workshops, block seminars, and coaching sessions are offered, in which the XPLORE Expert Network intensively supports the teams during the programme. The programme also focuses on developing a team that is strong in execution with an entrepreneurial mindset. Therefore, Talent-Matching is an active part of the XPLORE Programme to strengthen the founder team's mindset, skills, and knowledge. Entrepreneurial Talents who do not have their startup can participate in XPLORE by joining teams for XPLORE as "founders in residence." The programme is implemented online. The workshops and seminars will be conducted in English.
