Bootcamp acceleration programme

Vivinnov acceleration Bootcamp is an intensive 8-week incubation programme designed to accelerate the growth of early-stage B2B startups. Held annually in June and July, the programme combines collective workshops and personalised coaching to help founders structure, validate, and activate their business models. Targeting French startups under five years old with a minimum viable product (MVP) or beta version, the bootcamp selects six high-potential projects through a competitive application process. Participants benefit from a hybrid format - remote or in-person in Toulouse - with access to Vivinnova's extensive network and post-programme follow-up support. Each week focuses on a strategic theme, delivering actionable outcomes: Week 1: Vision alignment and roadmap creation; Week 2: Business model and value proposition design; Week 3: Funding strategy and pitch development; Weeks 4 and 5: Market validation and positioning refinement; Week 6: Marketing and brand building; Week 7: Sales activation and B2B prospecting; Week 8: Final pitch and growth planning.  Our goal is for startups to exit the boot camp with a validated offer, initial traction, and a clear strategy for scaling. The programme includes 7 hours of workshops and 5 hours of one-on-one coaching weekly, with deliverables ready for immediate implementation.  Vivinnovâ's mission is to empower entrepreneurs with the tools, mindset, and network to transform their ideas into scalable businesses.
