Service description

Action is a strategic support service dedicated to business plan development and commercial strategy definition for startups and innovative SMEs that have already validated their solution and need to consolidate their growth path. The service supports the definition of an economic and commercial roadmap aligned with the company’s development objectives. The program is structured into two sequential phases. The first phase is focused on the business plan and includes the development of 3–5 year financial projections, the definition of the financial plan, and the assessment of the sustainability of the growth model. During this phase, the main funding options compatible with the company profile are also analyzed. The second phase focuses on commercial strategy and includes the analysis of the sales process, the definition of the commercial funnel, the identification of the most suitable acquisition channels, the development of the sales strategy for the product or service, and the preparation of supporting commercial materials. The service is delivered by senior internal advisors with expertise in business development, strategic planning, and commercial growth; when specific needs arise, external mentors with sector-specific expertise may also be involved. Activities are carried out through one-to-one meetings, operational sessions, and progressive review stages. The expected outcome is the availability of a structured business plan and a commercial strategy ready to support the implementation phase.

Financial projections and commercial strategies are developed based on the information and assumptions provided by the beneficiary. The service does not guarantee fundraising success, revenue generation, or market performance outcomes.
