The #WDL – WLOUNGE Dare Leadership Programme is a dedicated, hands-on cohort accelerator and follow-up support service for the EIC Women Leadership Programme (WLP). It is designed to strengthen the commercial performance, leadership capability, and market impact of women led and women co-led deep-tech companies ( EC + EEC ) supported by the European Innovation Council. The service targets from EIC Seal of Excellence holders, Grant and Equity beneficiaries, all instruments and STEP Scale-Up companies, with a curated, stage-specific approach tailored to each company’s scaling needs. It directly addresses a core EU priority: increasing diversity while accelerating scale-up success in deep-tech sectors critical to Europe’s strategic autonomy, laying on the WDL growth model.

Building on the EIC’s proven impact, over €12 billion invested and strong leverage, employment, and revenue growth, the #WDL programme goes beyond,. It delivers concrete market access, investor readiness and access, and customer validation, linking leadership development directly to commercial traction, proof-of-concepts, and scale-up KPIs, while providing hands-on access to the WLOUNGE network of corporates, investors, and partners for targeted matching. The programme mainly works on the professional development, also paying attention to the personal development as a catalysator for growth.

Delivered as an interactive accelerator cohort, the programme is purely business-oriented and impact-driven. Participants work on real challenges related to execution, investor communication, customer access, and scaling, with strong exposure to investors, corporate partners, and Customer Zero opportunities, supported by clear KPI frameworks for growth and readiness.

The programme follows a 12-module framework, delivered by experienced C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and industry experts. It complements/ follow up hand on support for existing EIC BAS and WLP services by adding a commercialisation-, market-access-, and impact-measurement-focused layer, fully aligned with EIC objectives.

The service is delivered online 2–3 times per year, in compact formats (16 or 32 hours), ensuring accessibility for senior leaders while generating measurable outcomes, success stories, and long-term resilience for women-led European deep-tech scale-ups.

Financial requirements

The standard price is €699 per participant, with preferential conditions available for EIC beneficiaries. Access to the WLOUNGE network and ongoing activities provided free of charge to participants, enabling continued learning, networking, and visibility beyond the live sessions.
