Service description

Our business planning service helps deep tech startups assess their technology and products, conduct techno-economic feasibility studies, perform market analysis, and develop comprehensive business plans to secure funding.

The sercice provides personalised offers: 1) Technology & Product Assessment - evaluating the technical and economic feasibility of innovations, 2) Market Research & Analysis - conducting research using public and primary sources to help identify customer needs, business cases, willingness to pay, product-market fit, and pricing strategies, 3) Financial Modeling - support in developing sales projections and profit & loss forecasts and 4) Investor-Ready Business Plan - assist in creating a structured business plan designed to attract private and institutional financing. We tailor our approach to each client’s specific needs while adhering to standard and recognised business practices. The service is delivered remotely over approximately three months, with weekly calls between Zaz’s project consultants and the client.

We reserve the right to evaluate the specific cases and understand if we have the right expertise to support clients.
