Venture building programme

Service description

We will support the refinement of a new business model based on the ideas behind the EIC Pathfinder and EIC Transition projects.

The service will include: 1. Market assessment: market analysis/quantification and tracking interest from the market through the implementation of a communication and marketing strategy (including social net channels); 2. Deck preparation: you will work with our communication and graphical design team in decks to attract private or non-diluted funds; 3. Team definition: to become investment ready; 4. Roadmap assessment; and 5. Funding: once the team is ready, we will network with our VC net and/or co-invest in the early-stage company (to be considered after our due diligence process).
