This service provides an interactive and comprehensive entrepreneurship mentoring programme designed for aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage startup founders. The core content of the programme includes, i) Identifying and validating business ideas: Introduction to lean entrepreneurship principles, Business Modelling and Strategic Planning. ii) Market Definition and Validation: Defining market segments (TAM, SAM, SOM), target customer analysis and competitor benchmarking, market testing and developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). iii) Marketing and Branding Strategy: Core marketing concepts and strategies, brand development and management for start-ups. iv) Financing Business Ideas: Overview of funding options (grants, loans, equity, crowdfunding). v) Internationalisation and Market Entry: Strategies for entering foreign markets, softlanding services and connections with international ecosystems, building strategic partnerships and acquiring global customers.
