A four-month acceleration programme directed toward EIC beneficiaries that have a recognised potential for rapid growth and have already developed a solution. The programme will be developed through training, simulation and coaching modules by external experts who will work with the entrepreneurs to advise on how to make the business plan more attractive to stakeholders. The first part of the programme consists of eight training modules that will be organised with all the participating companies to provide an in-depth, theoretical approach to the private finance sector. All eight modules will cover the main aspects of commercialisation and valorisation of innovative products/services: Module 1 - Defining a successful business idea: The Lean Canvas approach; Module 2 - Understanding your customers: The problem-solution duo; Module 3 - Identifying the path to scale: the growth plan; Module 4 - Assessing financial requirements: growth and funding needs; Module 5 - What do we need to scale? Identifying gaps; Module 6 - Getting ready to scale: metrics to track; Module 7 - Plan Validation; Investor Ready Narrative; Module 8 - Plan Validation; Investor Ready Narrative, Review of Supporting Documentation; Final event – Pitch in front of investors. In the second phase, each scale-up will receive 10 hours of dedicated mentoring with experts. These sessions will complement what has been discussed in the training sessions with a practical approach. The programme will conclude with a pitching session in front of private investors.
Travel-hotel-transportation expenses for final event are not covered. Participants must be able to speak and write in English.
